Here is another one that I found using the good old blog system. I don't like the chairs, would definitely have to rent them, no chance at covering them!
I think it's AWESOME!! I love the open space, the exposed brick, the interior duct work - very cool! The carpet is even super neutral which, unfortunately, is rare. I think those chairs would be super easy to cover - you don't think so? They're actually a perfect shape for covers, too! I also think $1,500 is an awesome price and it's great that you can bring in all of your own vendors!
